      In line with today's announcement by the NSW Government regarding the wearing of face-masks within certain indoor settings, ALL customers must comply with this directive and wear a face-mask while visiting our store.

      In addition to the above, we ask that if you are feeling unwell to not visit the store.

      Our staff will also be wearing face-masks and practicing social distancing as well as undertaking regular cleaning of touchpoints within the store.

      We know that there are a lot of questions around how the latest government announcements affect our store and we will continue to work through what these changes mean for our customers and our team. We continue to follow government advice and our store remains open to serve customers, unless otherwise advised. We also offer online shopping including delivery for customers unable to come into store.


      Providing a safe environment for our customers will always be our number one priority.

      In times like these, we are doing our best to ensure we can provide access to the products people need, whilst doing everything we can to keep our customers and our team safe and healthy.

      We have continuously been taking extra steps to keep our customers and team safe, in line with direction from the government. Our store might look a little different as we take some additional precautions and we want to thank our team, our customers and our community for practising social distancing and continuing to help provide a safe environment for everyone.

      Some of the additional precautions we have put in place are:

      * Using Tap & Pay as the preferred method of payment

      * Asking any team members displaying flu-like symptoms to refrain from coming into work

      * Increased cleaning for our stores and for equipment such as trolleys

      * Implementing social distancing measures in store and providing materials to our team, which include hand sanitiser and gloves.

      * Limiting the number of customers in the store at any one time.

      We would also ask that if you are feeling unwell, please take care of yourself and those around you. Should this be the case or if you prefer not to visit us in-store we are always happy to welcome you online.

      We understand how important it is given the recent gym lockdowns that having access to gym equipment in your home and we will continue to look at ways in which we can continue to best service these needs in the changing environment.

      We are also hearing from our customers that having gym equipment in the home provides a useful physical and mental distraction to the challenges of extended periods of time at home.

      Our team are working hard and doing their best to help customers get the products that they need. We ask customers to respect that in the space that they keep and the respect that they show. We really appreciate everyone’s patience.

      We will continue to keep everyone informed of the steps we are taking through in store signage and we will keep this page relevant with the most up-to-date information that may affect our stores.


      Due to the enormous amount of orders that we are currently processing, delays with shipping and availability of stock of several weeks are now being experienced. We are working through the high volume of orders we've received so please we would be extremely grateful for your continued patience.
