Our recumbent bikes focus on taking the stress off of your spine with the most important feature: the seat. We take care of your back while you ride with a mesh backed, ergonomic seat with lumbar support. Variable Automatic Resistance (VAR) controls the resistance, letting you select from 16 levels of tension, choose from 12 pre-set programs, or customise your own workout.
