Do you have a showroom?

We are transitioning away from our traditional walk-in showroom. Our complete range remains available online, supported by expert advice by phone, email and online chat.

Selected equipment may occasionally be available to inspect by prior arrangement. Please contact us before travelling, as walk-in access and product displays cannot be guaranteed.

Can I get help choosing the right equipment?

Absolutely. Choosing gym equipment online can be difficult, particularly when comparing treadmills, functional trainers, home gyms and other larger machines.

Tell us about:

• Your training goals
• Your available space
• Your preferred features
• Your approximate budget

We can then recommend suitable options without pressuring you into purchasing equipment that is more than you need.

Do you offer home gym consultations?

Yes. We can help plan anything from a compact training area to a complete home gym.

Our consultation services can include equipment recommendations, space planning, flooring advice, delivery and professional installation. In-home consultations may also be available within selected areas of Sydney.

Are all products displayed on your website held at your warehouse?

No. Our website includes products held in our warehouse as well as products available through our Australian suppliers.

The availability displayed on a product page may indicate:

• Low stock
• Available to order
• Pre-order

If timing is important, please contact us before ordering and we will confirm availability and the estimated dispatch time.

Ordering and Payment

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our secure website. If you require advice, installation, a package deal or a commercial quotation, contact us before ordering and we will assist you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Humm and Zip.

The payment options available for a particular order will be displayed during checkout. Buy-now-pay-later services are subject to the provider’s eligibility requirements and approval.

Can I get a package price for several items?

Yes. If you are purchasing several pieces of equipment, contact us for a package quotation.

We can help combine equipment such as:

Functional trainers and benches
Power racks, barbells and weight plates
Cardio and strength equipment
Dumbbells and storage racks
Gym flooring
Delivery and installation
Do you offer price matching?

We may be able to match a current advertised price from an authorised Australian retailer when the product is identical and available in stock.

Price matching is subject to our price-match terms and considers the competitor’s complete price, including delivery, installation and any other charges.

Delivery and Warehouse Pickup

Do you deliver throughout Australia?

Yes. We arrange delivery throughout Sydney, regional NSW and most areas of Australia.

Delivery availability and pricing depend on the product’s size, weight, dispatch location and destination. Some particularly large products may have delivery limitations.

How much does delivery cost?

For many products, delivery can be calculated by entering your postcode at checkout.

Because we work with several suppliers and freight providers, some large, multi-item or commercial orders may require a customised delivery quotation.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary according to:

Whether the product is held locally or by a supplier
The dispatch warehouse
Your location
The size of the consignment
The selected delivery service

Any delivery estimate is provided as a guide and begins once the order has been dispatched. Contact us before ordering if you need the equipment by a particular date.

Will the driver bring the equipment inside?

Standard freight delivery for bulky fitness equipment is generally to an accessible ground-floor location, kerbside or building entrance. It does not automatically include carrying equipment through the property, using stairs, unpacking or assembly.

Where available, we can quote for a more comprehensive delivery and installation service.

Can I collect my order?

Warehouse pickup may be available for selected products by prior arrangement.

Please wait until we have confirmed that your complete order is ready and provided collection instructions before travelling. Some products are dispatched directly from supplier warehouses and may not be available for collection from our Sydney location.

Do I need to book a pickup time?

Yes. All warehouse collections must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

This allows us to ensure someone is available, your order is ready and any loading requirements have been considered.

Will you help load the equipment into my vehicle?

Limited loading assistance may be available by prior arrangement. However, customers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle, securing equipment safely and ensuring they have enough people to handle the item where required.

Large treadmills, home gyms, functional trainers and commercial machines may require a trailer, van or professional delivery service. We may decline to load equipment into a vehicle that is clearly unsuitable or unsafe.

 

Installation

Do you offer professional installation?

Yes. Professional gym-equipment installation is available throughout Sydney and selected surrounding areas.

We install equipment including:

• Treadmills
• Exercise bikes and rowers
• Functional trainers
• Smith machines
• Home gyms
• Power racks
• Benches
• Commercial strength and cardio equipment

Installation availability and pricing depend on the equipment, location and property access.

Is installation included in the product price?

Installation is not included unless specifically stated on the product page or quotation.

Contact us for a combined delivery and installation price before placing your order.

What information do you need to quote installation?

We may ask for:

• The delivery address
• The equipment being installed
• The intended room or installation area
• Access through doors, hallways and gates
• Stairs or lifts
• Parking and vehicle access
• Photographs or measurements where necessary

Providing accurate access information helps us quote correctly and avoid problems on installation day.

Do you remove the packaging?

Packaging removal may be included with selected professional installation services. This will be confirmed in your quotation.

Standard courier delivery does not include unpacking or packaging removal.

Do you supply commercial gym equipment?

Yes. We supply commercial and light-commercial fitness equipment for:

Do you service and repair gym equipment?

Yes. We provide preventative maintenance, servicing and selected repair services for home and commercial gym equipment throughout our service area.

The availability of parts and repairs depends on the brand, model, age and condition of the equipment.

Do you service equipment that wasn’t purchased from Macarthur Fitness?

In many cases, yes. Please submit the brand, model, serial number, location and a description of the problem so we can assess whether we can assist.

 

Warranty, Returns and Support

What should I do if my equipment develops a fault?

Stop using the equipment if continuing to operate it may be unsafe or cause further damage.

Contact us with:

• Your name and order number
• Product brand and model
• Serial number
• A description of the fault
• Photographs or video showing the problem

We will help with initial troubleshooting and, where appropriate, assist with the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Who provides the product warranty?

Warranty terms are generally set by the product’s manufacturer and vary between brands and models.

Macarthur Fitness will help customers with warranty claims for products purchased from us. Warranty assessment may require photographs, video, troubleshooting, replacement parts or inspection by a technician.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Change-of-mind returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Products generally need to be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and returned within the applicable period.

Freight, delivery and installation charges may not be refundable. Return freight and restocking costs may also apply.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Can assembled fitness equipment be returned?

Assembled, used or installed equipment may not qualify for a change-of-mind return because it can no longer be sold as new.

Please contact us before returning any product. Goods should not be sent back without prior authorisation and return instructions.
