The 50kg Adjustable Barbell & Dumbbell Set is a great way to kick off your weight training. The kit contains:
- 1 x 160cm Barbell with screw lock collars (2 part solid metal barbell with connector) (5kg total)
- 2 x Spinlock Dumbbell handles (2.5kg each)
- 4 x 5kg Standard Hammertone weight plates
- 6 x 2.5kg Standard Hammertone weight plates
- 4 x 1.25kg Standard Hammertone weight plates
The barbell & the dumbbell handles are compatible with our normal range of standard weight plates available from our store.
