      A: Most brands recommend that you apply a silicon based lubricant every 3 months or 250kms. Check your Owners manual of your treadmill for the recommended interval.

      Q: Do you hire?
      A: We have a limited quantity of fitness equipment available for hire. Please call our store for eligibility conditions & availability.

      Q: What finance options do you offer?
      A: We offer various methods to purchase fitness equipment on finance. These include:

      Q: I’ve lost the safety key on my treadmill. Do you sell these?
      A: Unfortunately we don’t sell spare parts. Its worth checking eBay to see if a compatible type is available.

      Q: I want to buy an exercise bike but I’m confused as to which one I need?
      A: When you visit our store, our fitness professionals will ask two questions; what is your goal & how many users will there be? For example, if you want to improve fitness or for weight-loss, an exercise bike with computer controlled programs might be a better option than one that only has manually controlled resistance.
